记者：我们注意到，近期日本政府在扩军备武方面动作不断，不仅在研发远程导弹、放宽武器出口等敏感领域释放挑衅信号，美日还密谋进一步深化“指挥权一体化”。请问国防部对此有何评论？
Question: We've noticed that the Japanese government has been making intensive moves to expand its military buildup. It has sent provocative signals in sensitive areas such as developing long-range missiles and loosening restrictions on weapons export, and has made covert arrangements with the US to further integrate operational command and control. What's your comment on this?
蒋斌：日本新政府上台以来黩武扩军动作频频，加速谋求军事松绑，以加强“反击能力”为借口发展进攻性武器，甚至公然鼓噪“拥核论”，严重违背日本根据《开罗宣言》《波茨坦公告》等具有国际法效力的文件规定应遵守的战败国义务，威胁亚洲和世界和平稳定，已引起地区国家和国际社会的高度警惕。
Jiang Bin: Since the new administration took office, Japan has taken intensive moves to expand its military buildup and accelerated the loosening of restrictions on its military development. It has acquired offensive weapons under the pretext of strengthening "counterstrike capability" and openly advocated for nuclear armament. These moves violate Japan's obligations as a defeated country, stipulated in legally binding international documents such as the Cairo Declaration and the Potsdam Proclamation. They pose a serious threat to peace and stability in Asia and the world, and have raised high vigilance among regional countries and the international community.
今年是东京审判开庭80周年。日本右翼势力“再军事化”的野心已昭然若揭，中方将同所有爱好和平的国家一道，坚决遏阻军国主义幽灵再现，坚决捍卫战后国际秩序和国际公平正义。
This year marks the 80th year of the commencement of the Tokyo Trials. The right-wing forces in Japan have made public their ambitions for remilitarization. China will work with all peace-loving nations to resolutely contain the resurgence of the spectre of militarism, and firmly defend the post-WWII international order, as well as international fairness and justice.
