中老（挝）“和平列车－2026”人道主义医学救援联合演习将在老挝举行

9月4日下午，国防部新闻发言人蒋斌大校就近期涉军问题发布消息。
蒋斌：中老（挝）“和平列车－2026”人道主义医学救援联合演习将于9月在老挝举行。此次演习以超强台风灾害国际人道主义联合医学救援为课题，重点开展联合现场搜救、伤员转运、卫生防疫、心理救援等课目演练，其间还将为老挝军民开展医疗服务活动。这是两军第6次举行该系列联演，将进一步深化拓展灾害医学救援、热带病防治、传染病防控等领域务实交流合作，提升两军卫勤联合指挥、联合救援、联合防控能力，更好为地区国家和人民提供优质公共安全产品。
Jiang Bin: China-Laos Peace Train 2026 joint humanitarian medical rescue exercise will be held in Laos in September. The exercise takes international humanitarian medical rescue in a super typhoon disaster as its theme. It focuses on such training subjects as joint on-site search and rescue, casualty evacuation, health and epidemic prevention, and psychological rescue. During the event, the Chinese side will also provide medical services for Lao military personnel and civilians. As the sixth exercise of this series, it will further deepen and expand pragmatic exchange and cooperation in such fields as disaster medical rescue, tropical disease control and prevention, and infectious disease prevention and control, enhance the two militaries' capabilities in joint medical-service command, joint rescue, and joint prevention and control, and better provide quality public security goods for regional countries and peoples.
