记者：据报道，菲方近期多次在黄岩岛、仁爱礁挑衅滋事，并称不会听任中方在菲“领土”发号施令。菲军方近日称，9月在中业岛、仙宾礁等相关海域监测到百余艘中国军舰、海警船常态活动，认为中方意在动摇菲守护自身权益的决心。请问对此有何评论？

陈曦：中国对黄岩岛和包括中业岛、仙宾礁、仁爱礁在内的南沙群岛及其附近海域拥有无可争辩的主权，对相关海域拥有主权权利和管辖权。菲律宾的领土范围根本不包括这些岛礁，没有资格谈所谓“守护自身权益”。中方依法依规采取必要措施维护自身主权权益，正当合理，专业规范。
Chen Xi：China has indisputable sovereignty over Huangyan Dao and Nansha Qundao, including Zhongye Dao, Xianbin Jiao and Ren'ai Jiao, and their adjacent waters, and has sovereign rights and jurisdiction over relevant waters. These islands and reefs lie outside the scope of Philippine territories. Therefore the Philippine side is not qualified to claim "safeguarding its own rights and interests". The Chinese side takes necessary measures in accordance with laws and regulations to uphold its sovereign rights. They are legitimate, reasonable, professional and standardized.
一段时间以来，菲方罔顾地区国家共同利益，拉拢域外势力搅局生事，不断在南海侵权挑衅，还歪曲事实、散布虚假叙事，是南海和平的破坏者和不稳定因素。中方将以坚定决心、有力行动遏制任何祸乱南海的行径，维护地区和平稳定。
For some time, the Philippine side has been rallying external forces to stir up troubles in the South China Sea at the expense of the common interests of regional countries. It continues to make provocations violating others' sovereignty and distort facts to spread false narratives, which makes itself a destroyer of peace and a destabilizing factor in the South China Sea. The Chinese side will take resolute and effective measures to deter any sabotaging moves in the South China Sea, and uphold regional peace and stability.
